KICKBOXING MEETS BOOT CAMP!

Fitness kickboxing classes mixed with a variety of exercises, including: core strength, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), circuit training, strength training, and cardio conditioning.* **

In each class, you'll gain cardio and muscle strength with a kickboxing-based workout. You'll learn punch and kick combinations using heavy bags and mitts. In this fun, stress-relieving workout, you'll get all the benefits of kickboxing, without the physical contact of competitive training!​

We DO NOT train competitively and DO NOT spar!

Heavy bags provide resistance to help you build strength and burn more calories. They allow you to work individually and at your own pace.

Short periods of intense aerobic activity, followed by less-intense activity, or rest periods. HIIT improves your cardio strength and endurance, especially when mixed with kickboxing!
